- In case the soil is dry and hard, it is recommended to water the lawn a day before the installation. This will make pegging the wire to the ground much easier.
- In case the grass is high, it I recommended to mow it to a manageable height, say 5-7cm (2-3 inches) to allow easier pegging of the wire to the ground.
