RT - The RT was found stopped on the wire

Mower didn’t dock and was found stopped on the wire. Typically, this would be related to: 

1. Installation issues, such as mower getting stuck while following the wire home or any obstacle blocking its way to the base station 
2. A perimeter wire or base station issue 
3. Rarely, could also be a faulty mower 

Usually, this means the mower couldn’t dock. Place the mower 1 meter (3 feet) behind the base station and send it HOME. Walk behind it and see if there is any issues or obstacles stopping it driving home and docking. Fix any found issues. If issue remains with no reason: Contact Customer Support.
