RT - The LED light on the Charging base does not turn on.

  1. Make sure base station power supply is attached to a live wall outlet. Change wall outlets if needed.
  1. If outlet is good, base station power supply or base charge head need replacing. 
    Contact Customer Support or Service Dealer.
