This article contains the following sections:
Q1. Did this happen more than once?
If Yes – Proceed to Q2.
If No – Let the robot continue to work and if it happens again, contact the Hotline for further analysis in accordance to this chapter.
Q2. Make sure the System Switch is set to ‘ON’, then press the <Ok> button.
Did the robot wake up?
If Yes – Proceed to Q5.
If No –Proceed to Q3.
Q3. Insert the robot into the Base Station and wait a few seconds. If the robot does not wake up, turn the System Switch to ‘Off’ and wait until the screen turns On with a message “U032”. Proceed to Q4.
Q4. Is there a message “U032” on the screen?
If Yes – Let the battery be charged fully (it may take up to 24 hours) and observe if this happens again. If it happens again, contact the Hotline for further analysis.
Note: Insert Power Box to pause mode by pressing the On/Off button for 3 seconds until red bulb is illuminated.
If No – The robot needs to be taken for repair to an Authorized Service Station.
Q5. Disconnect the Drive Unit (make sure the battery is connected) and check if the robot comes up.
If Yes – Connect the Drive Unit back and observe that the robot does not wake up. If this is the case, you will need to replace the Drive Unit.
If No – Connect the Drive Unit and disconnect the Mow motor. Observe that the robot does not wake up. If this is the case, you will need to replace the Mow Motor.

If none of the above helped to find the root of the failure, the robot needs to be taken for repair to an Authorized Service Station.
Q1. Did this happen more than once?

Q2 . Make sure that the Safety Switch is set to ‘ON’, then press the <Go> button.
Did the robot wake up?
If Yes – Proceed to Q5.
If No – Check if the fuse is burnt, and then proceed to Q3.
Q3. Is the fuse burnt?
If Yes - Replace the fuse and check if it burns immediately again (this is a fast acting 20A/32V fuse that can be found in local electricity shops).
If the fuse burnt immediately, the robot needs to be taken for repair to an Authorized Service Station.
If No – Insert the robot into the Base Station, turn the Safety Switch to ‘Off’ and wait a few seconds until the screen turns ‘On’ with the message “Switch On”. Proceed to Q4.
Q4. Is there a “Switch On” message on the screen?
If Yes – Let the battery be charged fully (it may take up to 24 hours) and observe if this happens again. If it happens again, contact the Hotline for further analysis.
If No – The robot needs to be taken for repair to an Authorized Service Station.
Q5. Disconnect one of the Drive Motors and check if the robot comes up.
If Yes – Connect the Drive Motor back and observe to see whether the robot does not wake up. If this is the case, you will need to replace that particular Driving Motor.
If No –Disconnect the 2 nd Drive Motor and check if the robot comes up this time. If this is the case, you will need to replace the second Drive Motor.
Proceed to Q6.
Q6. Was a failure found in one of the Drive Motors?
If Yes – Make sure the customer gets the faulty Drive Motor for replacement.
If No – Disconnect The Mow Motor and check if the robot comes up this time.
If this is the case, the Mow Motor should be replaced.
