If the Separated Zone is not connected to the Main Zone and Robomow cannot drive between these zones, then you have to define and install it as a Separated Zone.
If the Separated Zone is small enough so Robomow can cover all the area in a single operation, then choose one of the following installations:
1. If possible, the separated area may be connected to the main area’s Perimeter Wire.
2. If the Separated Zone cannot be mowed in single operation, an additional Base Station (optional accessory) should be installed in the separated area
With regards to this article. I'm considering buying the RK 1000 but still doubting about the functionality on seperated zones as described above:
* If in scenario 1, the 2 perimeter wires are under 1 peg, in a concrete pathway of 1 meter to the other zone, can the Robomow pass the pathway to the other zone without manual intervention ?
* If we use a perimeter switch to the other zone (distance 1 meter pathway) to the other zone, can robomow find it itself, or do we manually need to carry the robomow to the other zone ?
Thanks in advance !
